WHAT ARE GLASSES WITH PROGRESSIVE / MULTIFOCAL LENSES?
Glasses with progressive lenses, also known as multifocal glasses, are designed to accommodate multiple prescriptions in a single pair. This means you only need one pair of glasses for everyday use, whether for distance vision or reading. The need for this type of glasses typically arises with age and often becomes necessary around the age of 40.

To achieve the best result with progressive glasses, precise measurements must be taken for the individual wearing them. At Democratic Eyewear, we always strive to ensure optimal comfort and quality, making sure everything works perfectly when our customers receive their products. For this reason, these types of glasses require a visit to one of our stores, where our staff can assist you in getting the lenses measured correctly.

Thinnest possible single-vision lenses. If you want progressive lenses, there is an additional charge of 2000 DKK.

In the image, you can see an overview of how the size of a pair of glasses is measured. Our categorization into small, medium, and wide is based on the top measurement, which is the width of the front of the frame. However, it is also important that the other measurements suit your face to ensure the best possible fit.
